Began hosting research & insights presentations to corporate foodservice brands, highlighting opportunities for improved employee and guest engagement from the Black community.
2023
Debuted TRSC at the RC Show with a Black Entrepreneurship panel and a research & insights presentation highlighting study findings, actioning their mandate to increase Black representation across all levels of the foodservice industry.
2024
Launched the inaugural Black Experience Pavilion at the RC Show, a dedicated exhibit showcasing innovative products and services from the Black community. The Pavilion also features TRSC’s Black Talent Networking Session, actioning their mandate to increase Black representation across all levels of the foodservice industry. The Pavilion wins the Best New Exhibitor Booth award.
2024
Received first federal grant to develop a solutions-based e-learning program for the foodservice industry.
2025
Awarded second federal grant to design and publish a follow-up study on the Black experience in foodservice.

Launched the second edition of the Black Experience Pavilion at the RC Show, with an expanded footprint.
