Stoking the Flame: Equity, Inclusion, and the Black Experience in Foodservice
Canada’s foodservice sector has the ingredients for inclusive growth, yet everyday practices limit Black participation and advancement. With the Black Canadian population projected to be the second-largest by 2041, engaging this community in the sector is essential. Funded by Future Skills Centre, Stoking the Flame updates TRSC’s 2022 report, Lighting the Fire, with new national data from Canadians of all backgrounds to help leaders understand the value of niche solutions and convert equity commitments into site-ready actions.
