This first-to-market program is designed with foodservice in mind and offers flexible, remote learning and small group sessions to empower decision-making and strengthen team cohesion with a people-first approach.

Whether you have an HR team or you are the HR team, creating workplaces with low turnover and high employee engagement doesn’t have to be difficult.

Cycle 2 of the Equity & Empowerment in Foodservice Leadership Program offers two streams for learners to optimize their management skills. Choose from a Fast Track stream beginning in late August 2026 or a Standard Stream beginning in late September 2026. Each cohort includes:

  • 1.5 hours of asynchronous learning
  • 9 hours of learning enrichment
  • Small group discussions with industry peers, led by an equity expert
  • Leadership assessments and case studies to apply concepts to work scenarios
